Lots of heavy rain and high winds.. There were lots of people out fishing on the pier. After getting home I decided to head down to the beach and take some very long exposure shots. This was my favorite shot from the night and it was around 5 minuets long if I recall correctly. The lock looked very out of place but was obviously put there purposely. There were some other writings on it but this was the most meaningful.
